Best Practices on Employee Substitution Process

Hello everyone,

We currently have Employee Central and Recruiting Management and we would like to know what is the best way to create a job requisition and recruitment process on a non vacant position, in other words, we need to make a substitution while an employee still works in the company. Right now we can create a Job Requisition only on vacant positions from the org. chart.
