We have a need for compliance purposes to have team members certified to certify loans. A lot of the learning is on the job with a development partner. Our first issue is how to identify the development partner in the system to trigger a course assignment to prepare them to be a dev. partner (leaders tend to drop the ball and no assign the course to the identified dev. partner)
We used an open program and outlined each process needed to be learned to pass the exam that is at the end of the program (leader sign off as a pre req).
Our issue is that the program is made up of a lot of OJT items with tasks, and the team member/development partner dont really use the request observer feature as they meet in person and review the processes together.
We're trying to think of a better way to ensure:
1. The learner has access to content/resources for specific processes
2. They are provided with the knowledge and skills needed to pass the exam and certify loans
Technically we could just provide the exam for them to take when they're ready, but there are eligibility criteria that they need to meet first (be on the job for x days, process x amount of loans with dev. partner) that we need to ensure they do meet before taking the test.
If anyone has any best practices/ideas, I would love to learn about it 🙂

Thanks daniel.midgett2 ! We havent used sub curriula yet but learned a lot about them at the SuccessConnect conference.
We have a custom field for "Development Partner"> is is possible for me to push this criteria to leaders to "tag" someone as development partner which would pull through this field?
