Best Practice for configuring the compensation-related fields in Recruiting

Hi Experts,

I'm struggling with implementing compensation information in Recruiting. For example fields like currency, base salary, monthly salary, and event reason in job applications or offer details.

The requirement is that only the Offer initiator (recruiter) and selected offer approvers can view offer details, which is why I prefer using the offer standalone fields to prevent leaking information to the Recruiting Team (recruiterGroup) or Interviewer Team (hiringmanagerGroup).

However, I encountered issues with the offer standalone fields supporting only text and textarea types, which don't display numbers with decimals and can't support object types like eventReason_obj. Consequently, I reverted all fields to Job Application and ensured these fields do not display at any stage under the multi-stage application form. I'm seeking advice on the best practices for configuring compensation fields.
