Best Practice Advice for Performance Forms

We have just gone through our first performance cycle with SuccessFactors and are starting to think about the next one. Is it best practice to create a new form template for each performance cycle, or can we re-use the same template, update the settings and the route map? It seems very tedious to reconfigure the email notifications each time.

@atrentelman  It is not recommended to use same form every ,what you can do is use the existing form and save as with new year name so that all old configuration get copy .

Note -

1.update the translation keys else it will overwrite the previous forms text 

2.Update the route map from Form template setting else permission will miss 

For the email notification you can use below setting to avoid re configuration .

Uncheck the option of specify different template for each form .
