While configuring the Open Enrollment for Global benefits, the New enrollment selections are being added to the cart without any issues.
However, for those benefits which are being carried over, the "Edit" transaction doesn't let you add the changes to the cart but instead trigger a workflow directly. Is there a way to make it add to the cart and tie it to a cart workflow?
