Benefit Eligibility for Reimbursement once in two years

Hi SAP Expert,

I have a case with Global Benefit - Reimbursement. Detail case is specified like this:

1. Reimbursement is eligible to claim once in every two years period

2. Reimbursement can applied should be two years exactly from latest claim date

example :

Andrew reimburse for glasses at 5 February 2023, andrew can reimbursed again for glasses at 5 February 2025.

Kindly need info from SAP Expert how to solve this issue, from eligibility rule, benefit schedule period, and other configuration that need to settled.
