Base objects supported for eligibility rules

Hi,

What are the base objects that are supported for creating Compensation eligibility rules in Successfactors.

I need to create a rule based on Performance rating of an employee.

Please see the screenshot attached from the Implementation Guide. It highlights the current supported Base Objects, if you do not use one of these, the rule will not show up to choose from the Compensation Eligibility tool.

Currently, I have found unless you store the PM Rating on the Employee Profile as an object, it is not possible to use it as an eligibility rule with EC integrated forms.

Hello Srikrishna,

please take a look at the screen clip below from a demo system (1811 Las Vegas version).

The base object is the PM template where the rating is.

Hey Kim,

This is not a supported Base Object and will not show as a rule option from the Compensation side.
