Balancing realized costs when cancelling a class?

Hi experts,

if I start cancelling a class I see the wizard and come to the following mask.

Here are shown all original costs of the instructors which are in the class at cost-overview.

In our case we have to pay for instructor Antensteiner € 50,-, for instructor Müllner € 0,-
Where can I edit, that the realized costs for instructor Antensteiner are € 50,- and for Müllner € 0,-?

Is it necessary to edit the costs in the classs cost-overview before starting the cancellation wizard?
Then what is step 2 in the wizard for?
