BADI to Handle Rehire case in EC to ECP PTP Replication

Hi,

Can anyone guide me on how to handle the rehire case during EC to ECP Point to Point Replication. ?

We are using the PTP replication and want our employees to be in the same PERNR in SAP ERP even when he is rehired at the Employee Central end and replicated.

Kindly advise on how we can create a BADI on this.

Please provide some examples or documents if possible.
