my requirement details are:
The Recruitment process commences when a Line Manager raises a Requisition to start Recruitment activity. The Line Manager uses a u2018Simple Requisition Request formu2019 and enters essential information like name of the Vacancy, opening and closing date of Requisition, name of Recruiter handling the Vacancy etc. The Line Manager searches the Vacancies through the dropdown option and assigns required Vacancy to the form. When a Manager submits the form the system delivers the details to the Recruiter for final verification and updating the additional details. This is the normal process.
Occasionally, the Recruiter creates the Requisition directly and maintains all the information required. The Recruiter also assigns a vacant position to the Requisition. The following search screen on u2018select positionu2019 pops-up when a Recruiter attempts to add a position or a vacancy to the Requisition. The highlighted options in red below (u2018tableu2019 and u2018vacant positions onlyu2019) are to be defaulted on this screen, and the system should not allow modifying these options.
The meaning of vacant position in this context is that the infotype 1007 is duly created for a positionu2019 at the ECC side.
How can i achive this , which badi i have to use to make the radio button and chek box...by default in selected mode and with grayout means no one can de select it again.
