I'm seeking some insights regarding the "Overall Mean Score" and "Mean" information in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), specifically in Report Story LMS.
Background: We currently have a report in LMS that provides follow-up survey information. This report displays valuable information on-screen, including the "Mean" and "Overall Mean" scores, which are crucial for our team to evaluate learner performance and determine if they meet the required criteria for course completion.
Challenge: The issue we face is that this report only presents the data on-screen and doesn't allow us to export it to CSV. This limitation makes it challenging for our team to analyze who did not achieve the necessary mean score for approval efficiently.
We reached out to our SAP support team, and they mentioned that creating a custom report in LMS via Plateau Report Designer would be possible but resource-intensive. Additionally, they indicated that SAP plans to integrate LMS data into Report Story, which might eventually include the fields we need.
Question: Before we commit resources to develop a custom report, I would like to know if there are any plans to include the "Overall Mean Score" and "Mean" information in Report Story LMS. Is there a roadmap or timeline available for when these fields might be integrated into Report Story? Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
