Automatically update content Start Link

Hi Experts,

We noticed that the Start Link for our content in the Enable Now Manager is the Authoring Preview Link and not the Published View Link from the Producer.

This is a causing some issues with users unable to view published content.

Do you know if there is a way to automatically switch the Start Link of the content to the Published View Link, without having to do it manually for each content?

Hi Cheryl,

The start links are managed by Enable Now and follow a consistent syntax for all content objects. You must always provide the Published version of the start link to end users or, as you mention, they will not be able to see the content. There is no way to change this, end users must get the Published version of the links.
