I need a little help with my workarea assignments. I have a userwho is automatically is assigned to workareas when I create them. When I create a workarea, I am automatically added. I am adding a new person to my team who will take over adding workareas and I want to be automatically added to workareas when they are created. What do I need to do?

When you create a Workarea, the person who creates it is automatically given full rights on that Workarea, along with the (Super) Admin, and $_sys_admin. The Root OU is given View Published Content access, and that's it. There's no ability to automatically add users (or roles or OUs) to new Workareas. But if this new user creates the Workarea, then yes, they will automatically have access to it.
