Automatic welcome mail to new hires

Hi everyone,

we are currently doing a new implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting. We would like to automatically trigger a welcome email after the candidate is hired with some basic information about the company and the first day.

I am running into multiple problems, e.g. it seems regular mails triggered from SuccessFactors do not support (multiple) attachments. Ideally we'd like a welcome mail with attachements to be sent out 30 days before the Hire Date. Does anyone know how we could automate this?

I've been thinking about a regular recruiting template and connecting that with a hired status, but then I have no influence on the trigger.

Hi,

As far as I know, I don't think there is any way to add attachment to email template but you can use an URL instead for example google drive link.
