Hello,
I would like to know about an option of automating the record learning process for non-online items, such as instructor-led items.
Today our learning referents need to manually record the learning for the employees that participated in a course. They get a list of participants by using Microsoft Forms.
There must be a way that the employee can perform an action of some sort and that will trigger the learning record.
Please share how this issue is being handled in your organization.
Thank you,
Adar

So you could enabling the option on the item so that employees can record learning for this item themselves (requires the right permission on top of that too).
Did you also consider importing learning history based on that Microsoft Forms report (as that's also most certainly an option).
If you really want to take it next level, you could look into transforming data from Microsoft forms in the Learning History connector template and then importing it into the LMS (i recommend via some sort of dummy item - i.e. Self Placed Learning" if there is none) by picking up the converted file from an SFTP via this learning history connector.

Hello adar.avrahami,
Please refer below SAP Note. Might it helps. Read "Default Permissions for Learning Items".
