Hello, we're in the early stages of investigating Automatic Hire (to eliminate the MPH step). Wondering if anyone has successfully implemented and would be open to chatting about it?
Our MPH step is very manual and tedious as few fields auto populate. We have several unions and field based roles receiving different allowances and premiums requiring manual effort to add. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
