Dear Experts,
We are looking for a solution for the following case:
- PDR Forms should be automatically deleted for employees who are terminated in Q1
- PDR Forms should be automatically moved to completed status for employees who are terminated in Q2, Q3, Q4
HRIS Sync could remove forms for inactive employees but the forms should only be removed if employees leave the company in Q1. Otherwise they should be automatically set to completed.
Do you have any ideas / suggestions how to proceed?
