Automated currency conversion to local currencies and keeping them on employee profile

Dear all,

As a global company managing its operations centrally, some payments, such as compensation and global benefits, are specified in USD. However, payroll must be processed in local currencies according to local payroll legislations. Local currency amounts can change monthly based on currency rates.

Since system do not provide any automatic currency conversion, conversion to local currency should be managed and uploaded to employee profile manually for every month. Manuel conversion is prone to human error.

We are asking for a solution. I submitted an improvement request. I am kindly asking for your votes.

This is an Employee Central > Compensation Information topic and unfortunately not Compensation module related, could you please remove the "SAP SuccessFactors Compensation" tag ? 

In the compensation module we have the flexibility to publish back to EC in any currency we want:
