Automate the transfer of picklists from LMS to BizX integration

Is it possible to configure the transfer of picklists from LMS to BizX, and when new values appear in LMS, will they be automatically created in BizX as well?

Which tool can be used to configure integration, Integration Center or Intelligent Service Center?

Is it possible to transfer values via OData API? Specific configuration steps are required.

How and where exactly should it be specified what SF should take from LMS and where to put it?

In the standard process, data flows from BizX to LMS through either the Employee Export File or an Integrations job, customized to meet your business needs. These jobs create a file and place it in the designated SFTP folder, where the LMS connector job then uses the file to update information as required.

How and where exactly should it be specified what SF should take from LMS and where to put it?  For learning connectors, LMS processes files from the SFTP folder defined in the CONNECTORS System Properties, updating data according to connector mapping (Connector Data Mapping Example | SAP Help Portal).
