Auto-Translate Button not working via SAP Companion for Desktop

Hello Community,

Is "Auto-Translate" button also available when the content is played via SAP Companion for Desktop?

In our case, it does not show when the content is played via SAP Companion for Desktop but is visible when the Simulation is played via browser. Please, see my comparison below. I already updated our "Trainer" but still have this behaviour.

Hi Justin,

I think you may be right that there is an issue here.

I checked the content player being used for playback of SAP Companion for Desktop, updated it and republished the new version, I have the latest version of the Trainer set as default, I regenerated the Companion for Desktop files and published those and tried from Manager but it still did not show the button. I also used the Revert Resources option to ensure that I had an up to date version of the SAP Companion: Playback Settings object. Still no button.

If no one else can provide an answer, I suggest that you raise a support ticket with the Component ID KM-SEN-NAV and see what support comes back with.
