Auto populating standard field to custom field in Job Requisition RCM

Hi,

There is a standard legal entity field configured in Job requisition template. The requirement is to create a custom field that populates with the value present in standard field and this is to be done in job req template.

I have created a business rule to autopopulate this but for some reason the custom field is not picking up the value from the standard one.

Please help here.

Were you able to solve this issue, wanted to know how did you manage this? I am facing the same issue now.

I am mapping standard Recruiter field which is autopopulating from position and now I have to auto populate to a custom Text field on a req.
