Auto populate specific values based on one field in Development goal plan.

Hi Team,

Just to double check the possibility to achieve this scenario.

Requirement: Dynamic drop down list in a field based on the selected value in the parent field. (Attached Screenshot for Reference, Custom Fields to be Added)

These Custom Fields needs to be added in Development Goal Creation Window.

For Example - If we are selecting Manager in the parent field the related field should display only certain manager specific drop downs (like A, B, C, D) and if Executive is selected in the parent field related field should display different set of values (E, F, G, H).

Is it possible?
