Auto complete (without Credit Given) when Item/program is overdue

Hi

We currently use programs for user onboarding learnings with learning duration of 4 months. Are there ways for system to auto complete (without credit given) for item that are overdue?

For example

• there are 4 items in programs
• user complete 3 items within 4 month periods
• the remaining 1 left incomplete untill due date (4 months)
• We want system to automatically update 1 incomplete course status to "Complete without credit given"

@thakrit, as far as I understand, it wouldn't be possible to auto complete a course. It'd require an admin/user action in the system or via API. If the completion status doesn't give credit, it'll be added as a failure/an incomplete entry (Adding Course Completion Status).
