Within Employee Central "out of the box" data is not deleted. With the 2H 2024 release Reference Number PLA-48233 link provided below.
Access to Audit Data Now Limited to the Last 3 Years | SAP Help Portal
This mentions Audit Data is now limited to the last 3 years, can you please clarify what entails Audit Data, is it just the history of when Audit was completed? thus, this is separate to business data such as Time & Attendance etc.
