Audit a change or deletion inside a Form (Form Designer) in Advanced Workflow

Hey Guys!
Is there any way to track or audit changes (particularly deletion) of objects inside a form in Advanced Workflows?
I tried to figure this out in System Auditing but no luck. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately Workflow's System Auditing is not tracking exactly what has been changed inside a Form Designer.
