Audio doesn't start when playing book page

I am doing my own voice recording on every book page. When I review, it plays, when I press play to go through all slides, the audio doesn't start. I have to go to the next slide, then back to previous slide for the audio to start. Why is the audio not playing when launching the book page?

Known "issue". Modern browsers like Chrome and Edge won't allow any multimedia to start without user's interaction: mouse click, key press etc.

Thank you so much, Anton. I see this is something you've created. Just to confirm, this is what I need to have our IT folks do?

First of all, you need to install the Extension. It is called SEN Workflow Approver and can be found in the Chrome Store (and probably the Edge Store, too). You then need to add the parameter DISABLE-CSRF-PROTECTION to the Supported Features in Manager (under Administration > Server Settings > Miscellaneous) – this is necessary to allow the Extension to communicate with Manager (CSRF is Cross-Site Request Forgery, and generally stops one browser page from ‘interfering’ with another – so be careful disabling this outside of a trusted network).

I will let you know, when I get this completed by our IT, if this works. Appreciate your help :).
