Attribute of item in a curricula changes post item is revised

When an item is revised via connector, the old revision is inactive, new revision is updated in all curriculum where old revision of that item existed. But attributes of the old revision like initial days, retraining number, ignore previous flag etc are getting changed to the default values what are there at item level, as different curricula had different attributes of the item, on revision the old attributes should be preserved and not replaced with the default ones at item level. This is a major manual work for every client.

We understand the behavior of the system, as an item may have different attribute (initial day, retraining etc) in different curricula, on revision updating the default value at item level is not a an ideal business logic, We want SAP to consider preserving the old attribute value for that Item what were their in each curricula when it is revised.
