We have a non-supervisor who enters time for other employees. Somehow, when entering someone else's time, the time records were put into locked status in IT 2002 because user did not have write permission to that infotype. He does enter other employee times with no issues. The approver did not see these time records in CATS_APPR_LITE. Any ideas how this could have happened?
