We recently implemented Basic Timesheet for employees to capture overtime and a few other allowances. This is all duration based. The issue we have is that some employees will capture the same attendance type more than once in a day and this causes collision issues when replicating to ECP. I have tried to investigate if we could possibly configure some type of collision on the timesheet so that employees are not permitted to capture the same attendance type on a single day, but this does not seem to be possible. I wanted to find out if anyone else has encountered this and, if so, how it was resolved (if at all)?
