When doing a legal name change or termination where a manager for example has added an attachment. When the HR admin is doing a check and clicking update the attachment is getting deleted which it should not be.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
does HR Admin has the permission to see/edit the attachment within their permission role?
Is the Workflow approval step set up with "Respect permission = yes".
Is there any business rule in place, which deletes the attachment in case of adding a record to personal information?
In case the permissions and configuration are set up correct, the attachment is not getting deleted within the workflow. Tested in an SAP Demo instance.
