What's the difference between Document Object: Attachment & Attachment_Audit_Trl?

Hi TCL,

Attachments are the attachments eg. a candidate uploads in his/her profile. The other one is the attachment from the audit trails (Access Audit Trails - SAP E-Recruiting (PA-ER) - SAP Library), so the attachments of eg. the profile in the particular version.

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for the response. Does that mean every time a candidate applies for a post, a version of candidate profile will be generated and attachment will be duplicated as well to tie to that version of candidate profile?

Whenever the situations, as described on the page, are happening, the workflow generates these versions, yes.
