that's why assignmentID has been implemented (it's a "mutable user ID". It is visible to customers and can be used to identify users. A person might have one or more assignment IDs) :
do we have SuccessFactors customers using assignmentID conversion in place of userid conversion ?
what are the requirements for it ?
does it requires to review the Full Employee Life cycle (Hire, Terminate, rehire, terminate, Rehire with new Employment, Rehire as Contingent Worker)
or the implementation is rather simple ?
