Dear Experts,
I am using Total Compensation template and want to use 8 decimals for the assignment proration field. We are using 2 decimals for percent type fields which makes assignment proration to round and influence the calculation (some users with 4 or 5 assignments are showing 99.99 or 100.01 total proration due to 2 decimal rounding)
My goal is to use defProrationFormat or defRatioFroamt whichever is feasible for either assignment proration or the custom assignment proration field, so that other percent types remain ASIS and just proration uses 8 decimals. But as the screenshot below, I am not seeing the option to assign a different column type. Is it possible to directly assign in xml? Please could you suggest work around if you have experienced.
Also, does anyone know why 'Set Number Format' screen is not available in Total Comp in contrast to Variable Pay, where we can assign different format for same data type fields.

Unfortunately it's one of the limitations of Total Compensation that we cannot use different number formats for different fields (so it's expected that Set Number Format doesn't show), just like Compensation Profile isn't supported in Total Compensation or also people who are ineligible cannot be removed from one tab if they are eligible to another (they will always show as greyed out).
Just pinged the Compensation product team and they confirmed that if it's not in the UI then it's not supported.
Best,
Xavier
