Assignment profile LMS - prevent a training already listed in to do from being reassigned

Hi everyone,

When setting up an assignment profile in SuccessFactors Learning, how can we prevent a training already listed in the employee's to-do list (learning needs) from being reassigned to avoid duplicates ?

Currently, assignment profiles don't have a rule to consider the users' assigned items.

There have been some enhancements requests on it, and our customers are welcomed to vote for them and/or create additional requests:

However, as mentioned by @SF-Dan, the users will see only one instance of the item on their Learning Plan, even if it has been assigned more than once. This means the user only needs to complete the item once, and all assignments will be updated with the completion. More details at https://me.sap.com/notes/2603530

  You may see it multiple times via the admin view of the user's assigned items, but generally the user will only see one item if assigned through multiple methods and completion will account for all (except through certain settings/conditions like curricula specifics).  Learning plan audit report will help determine the AP or origin and time of assignment if needed to differentiate.
