Assignment of Candidate to Talent Groups

Hi Experts,

Need your advise on this.

Lets assume, CAndidate get registered and recruiter will search for the candidates and asiign to talent group only, not to requisition for pro active assignment. Lets say one business requirment, there are 3 diferent events occurs each year and they want to assign external candidate to events(Here events  = Talent Group)

-Is it possible for the candidate to get registered and then with additional code can the candidate get assigned to talent group as well

-Is it restrict to the recruiter/other support team members only to assign candidates to TG.

Kindly advise.

Hello Obli,

Once the candidate registers and accepts that his profile is released, you are able to find him/her in the candidate search and from there you can assign him/her to a talent group, events and so on. So every recruiter is able to do that there.
