Assigning USER GROUPS using different conditions in transformation code

Hello, I have recently met a problem when I try to assign specific USER GROUPS only for admin users. I try to write a condition in transformation code for Target System in IPS (screenshot 1), but it seems that this condition doesn't work out.

Hello, as a result I have three user groups assigned to all users synchronized from SAP Commissions. User groups that are defined through condition are ignored.

Do they all have their title empty? Maybe you would need to look for another attribute to distinguish these users.
