We are implementing SF Learning and have integrated with LinkedIn. Is there a way to assign the imported LinkedIn content to categories? Are the categories passed during the SYNC?
This is our first roll-out and it is unclear how to get the 18,000 LinkedIn courses into categories.
Request clarification before answering.
Not automatically, the LinkedIn Learning course category data is not. synced as part of the SF Learning integration and all LinkedIn Learning courses import to SF Learning need to be manually added to their relevant/required SF Learning Categories if desired. Also note that your SF Learning Categories may not align with LinkedIn Learning categories depending on your current configuration.
