We are hoping to auto- assign some courses to employees one year after their hire date. Does anyone have any experience, or similar experience with this? We know how to use the Assignment Profiles and how to assign rules to them; but those seem pretty limited with the hire date functionality (for example, we don't have an option to select 'X' amount of days after hired date).
I have several years of experience working with EC and some other modules, but am newer to working on the backend of the learning system. Any advice would be appreciated.
