Arrange Picklist values in Numeric order

Hi Team,

Trying to arrange pick list in a numeric order and 1-9 are arranged properly but 10th option came just next to 1, before 2. How to arrange in a numeric order in this case? please find screenshots below.

When I edit in Pick list for to display Numeric, I get this error.

If I am seeing this correctly, you are using "1.", "2.". It's numeric, so no punctuation. Recommendation would be to use something like 100, 101, 102, 103, etc. We've even left gaps in numbers incase we need to add to the picklist, for example, 100, 105, 110, 115...

Thanks Deb, tried removing punctuation but still it didn't work. Now sorted by selecting "Custom" in stead of Numeric, then gave the value for the sorting order to achieve my requirement. Indeed, it worked.
