Hello Experts!
My customer is keen in archiving( NOT Deleting) the recruiting data.
As per their legal requirements they are supposed to keep the records of all the candidates for lets say 5-7 years minimum.
1.Are there any standard options for archiving the requisition/candidate data/ application data.
2.What is the best practice for archiving e-recruiting data.
3.How often archiving should be done.
4.Is ILM a better approach for this? If yes how to achieve archiving with ILM.
5. Once archived where does the e-recruiting data gets stored
6. Can customer run a query on the archived data? If yes whats the process? If no is there any other way to fetch the archived data and filter it on per candidate basis.
Appreciate you quick response.

Hi Punam,
The decision how long data is stored can be maintained in T77RCF_LAWPERIOD.
ILM is also used in E-Recruiting for correct archiving and data destruction: Destruction of Data in HR - Data Privacy (HR) - SAP Library
