Approval Workflows - Report on approval timestamp

Hi,

to comply with auditing authorities our customer asked to have a report that shows the approval timestamp for each step of each approval workflows.

We've seen that the there is no way to display the full timestamp on the workflow details page.

Also, the diagnostic tool store the data only for 10 days after the last action on the WF.

We've also tried to create a canvas report with domain Workflow WF Request Step but also here the "Last Modified Date" field only provides the date and not the timestamp.

Did anyone ever received such a requirement and found a way to fulfill it?

Hi @GiovanniBianchino,

Advanced Reporting does not support timestamp / Date-time datatype as default fields in the query. As a workaround, you can create a calculated column, use the desired date as the source and define a custom format (yyyy-dd-MM hh:mm:ss.
