We have implemented an E-rec module EHP-6 for leading banking industry. However, we are facing an issue in application received for the requisition. The applications which are in drafts are getting submitted and their status is changing to In Process automatically.
The candidates who have just registered and not submitted their applications are getting submitted and their status has become from Draft to In process. These candidates are visible against the requisitions on assignment page.
How can the candidate profile is getting submitted without his information. In application wizard the Education field is the mandatory tab but client have received the applications with no education details.
In application only First Name, Last name, Email ID and DOB is visible rest all information is not available.
