Hi,
Once the Application Group has been created, the URL will be created.
Where will be the External Candidate find this URL, if he/she want to apply for the application Group.

You will have to publish that link on your internet page because it is just an additionally possibility to enable unsolicited applications (applications without a posting/requisition behind it). See also:
