Anyone encountered an application error message when selecting an offer approval template when preparing an offer for a candidate? The scenario is strange as the error occurs to a specific user (recruiter) only. User was still able to create and send an offer approval just recently.
I understand, this error usually comes up if there is any mismatch between data fields in the requisition, application, then to offer. However, there was no update to the offer approval template since the last 2 years. And, other offers so far have been successful for the other users and without having this error.
This means no issue at offer detail template level.
We probably miss something along that anyone can catch? Thanks!
