Application - Change User Name

Hi,

There is an Application available to Change User Name (HRRCF_A_CHANGE_ALIAS) in E-Rec. It seems that standard Applicant Cockpit does not include this application.

Have anyone enabled this application by Application/Component Config of Applicanr Cockpit?

Hello Naddy,

It is available in standard, but only for external candidates as these are the only ones with an alias they need to be possible to change.

Hi Nicole,

I do not have a access to Standard Applicant Cockpit. Would you please tell me how i navigate to the Change Alias application? Is this placed in one of Tabs(View or SubvIews)?

Hi Naddy,

Yes -> under 'candidate profile' -> 'change user name'.
