Applicant number to PA48

Please suggest how Applicant number can be moved to PA48

Create the candidate to be hired application so that the status is changed to "to be hired"

A candidate is not moved to PA48 by hiring him.

You have to create a data transfer activity and press button "Transfer".

If you have a separate instance system you have to customize the rcf connection from e-rec to hcm in table t77s0 parameter RECFA HRRFC

Dear Sriniva,

the applicant number is transferred.

Take a look at table t752f

It is just not stored in hcm. You will need to enhance the screen to see the number.

The applicant number is just used for the callback functionality to e-rec, which assign pernr to external candidate after finishing PA48.

The KBA 1775448 has the relevant settings and info on this depending on your scenario.

Also take a look at ntoe 997181 and the PDF attachment which covers all the hiring scenarios/BAdI implementations etc.
