I'm having an idea to build a simple app to help learner quickly & easily give feedback to training course hosted in SAP Success Factor.
The current pain point is that once learners/trainee finished the training, they need to provide their feedback via:
- paper form, then the coordinator need to input to the system.
- Do it online after the training, via a link sent in email. --> which usually ignored by the trainee.
My Idea is that we create an mobile (web) app that allow trainee to quickly give feedback right after the class finish.
But I got challenge:
- I don't know how to connect to Training's feedback data hosted in SAP Successfactor.
I've looked up in SAP API Hub, and google search but it seems that Training & Feedback is not yet publish as API.
I hope experts in our community may know some clue on how I can proceed. So i'm counting on you for the direction.
