Annual Accrual Balance to be deducted when Time type Unpaid, Parental and Sabatical

Hi Experts,

I need a help related to the below issue.

The accrual for balance calculation is correct for vacation Leave account. It is Annual frequency and calculates according to working days per week.

Here the requirement is when employee applies for Time type Parental, Unpaid and Sabbatical from that month till year end the Leave balance should be deducted from Vacation Account.

Example:

Nina is working 5 days a week and her accrual balance is 30 days and she goes on Sabbatical from July till Dec. Then the system should deduct 2.5 X 6 = 15 days leave from the vacation leave account.

Can you please help me how we achieve requirement since this is standard process in the company.
