Allow Users to Book Annual leave for next Year

Hi,

How do I allow employees to book annual leave for the next years allowance.

The SAP SF EC has just launched in our organisation and so far people are able to book annual leave for 2022(holiday is based on annual accrual) .

Some users need to book for 2023 however the system is not letting them.

How would I allow for users to start using their 2023 accrual allowance.

You need to create and run a new time off calendar for 2023 if your employees want to apply leave for 2023.

Manage time off calendar > New Calendar > Accrual Creation

Normally, calendars (if this is setup as such) run automatically each year (often at 1-1 if that's the start for the period). If people need to get their an account/entitlements earlier for the next year and if they need to book earlier, you may need to manually create the accounts for that respective year and likely one for accruals too (which may then be 2 calendar runs if it's just for 1 holidays time account).
