Hi,
We have experienced an issue in role-based permissions when adding the common super domain permission. After we added the permission to the permission role and saved the changes, all the other permissions were removed.
Are there more people who might have experienced the same problem? Can this be a known bug?
Best regards, Thomas

Hello all,
If my understanding is correct, this scenario should be related to a known issue that we had some weeks ago related to the new RBP UI, which removed assigned permissions when editing/adding new permissions into a role via new UI.
This issue was identified and fixed by our Engineering team in Preview instances on 18th June and 20th June in Production.
Root Cause:
As there are dirty data, the response data structure is different from normal case, which has not been handled from UI side.
The team was able to restore affected roles via script based on Change History data at that time for reported customers.
In case there is a need to restore these roles, we'd need to check the change history and prepare the restore script as there is no automatic restore way. This should be addressed via Support Ticket under LOD-SF-PLT-RBP component. Another option is going to the legacy Role-Based permission page and manually restore the permission for these affected roles via UI.
Note: in case a support case is needed, kindly provide complete information, including:
I hope this helps!

Hello,
we also experienced this behavior with the new RBP Ui but when changing permissions in general not necessarily in regards to common super domain. Also we experienced that the changed permissions were shown as saved but did not reflect in the respective portlet. When changing to the old Ui the permissions were not saved, as previously shown in the new UI. It seams to be a bug with the new Ui.
